As a vegetarian living in Berlin, I’m a big fan of brunch. And I’m not alone. Brunch is a huge thing in Berlin, especially on weekends!

The good news is that it’s incredibly easy to find vegan brunch options in Berlin. In fact, there are so many great places to choose from that it can be hard to narrow it down. That’s why I’ve put together this list of my 15 vegan brunch Berlin faves for anyone coming to the city!

My very first vegan breakfast Berlin restaurant was Factory Girl. I loved everything about this Berlin cafe – from the food, its location and the vibe. Let’s say the bench was set very high after visiting here.

Given my husband’s unwavering passion for bikes and coffee, discovering this cafe was a no-brainer for us. The ambiance is effortlessly cool, adorned with vintage bikes and available bike parts, creating a laid-back dining space that perfectly complements the overall vibe.

Step inside this swoon-worthy cafe with its botanical wonderland atmosphere with a touch of Japanese influence. It’s a hidden gem in Berlin. The all-day brunch menu is almost all vegan or vegetarian and features a cocktail of the day. If you forced me to pick a favourite, this would be it!

After passing by this irresistibly Instagrammable cafe countless times, I finally gave in to curiosity and stepped inside. The atmosphere exudes youthful energy, attracting a young, hipster crowd amidst charming tropical decor. It’s the perfect spot to catch up with a friend or settle in with your laptop for an extended stay.

This unassuming cafe, seemingly a local favourite, was bustling with activity on the day of my visit. I highly recommend choosing this spot for a satisfying vegan brunch if you’re in the area.

Hallesches Haus is a unique blend of an independent store, cafe, and event venue housed in a stunning modern space featuring high ceilings, vaulted archways, and a private garden. A visit here is a must when in Berlin.

After a decade of serving dairy-free delights at No Milk Today cafe, the beloved vegan café will close its doors on December 21st, 2023. This is why you will see this popular cafe missing from my list. They are moving on to new projects, including a “No Milk Today” baking book.
