Personalized Trip Planning for Europe

Planning a trip to Europe sounds exciting—until you actually try to put it together.

Where do you go?
How many places make sense?
How do you structure your days so it doesn’t feel rushed—or underplanned?

Most people start researching and quickly realize how much there is to sort through. And even then, it’s hard to know if what you’re planning will actually work once you’re there.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve spent decades travelling across Europe—often returning to the same places—and that experience shapes how I plan every trip.

I help you take all of those moving pieces—destinations, timing, logistics, and experiences—and turn them into a trip that feels clear, well thought out, and tailored to you.

Not something pulled together from what you’ve seen online.
Something that feels like your trip. Something that reflects how you want to travel—and actually works once you’re there.

What it’s like to work with me

Every trip I plan is completely bespoke.

I spend hours researching—not just the obvious places, but the ones that don’t always show up in a search. I reach out to local contacts. I look for restaurants, shops, and experiences that feel right for you, not just what’s popular.

There’s no template. No pre-built itinerary. I’m not pulling from a list—I’m building your trip from scratch.

And no request that’s too specific or too detailed.

What you get is a trip that feels considered. Thought through. And aligned with you.

What I plan for you

I take care of all the moving parts of your trip, including:

  • where you stay
  • how you get from place to place
  • what experiences are worth your time
  • where to eat
  • how your days are structured

Everything is curated based on your preferences—not just what’s “recommended.”

What you receive

Your trip is delivered as a detailed, app-like PDF that you can use throughout your travels.

It brings everything together in one place:

  • destination overviews
  • a day-by-day itinerary
  • all transportation and accommodation details
  • curated experiences and reservations
  • restaurant recommendations
  • travel tips

Along with a custom Google Map, so everything is easy to navigate while you’re there.

Why clients come back

Most of my clients don’t work with me just once. They come back for their next trip—and often the one after that.

Because once you experience a trip that’s been planned this way, it’s very hard to go back to doing it on your own.

What travellers say:

“You were wonderful to work with, very attentive, and curated every detail to match our preferences. Overall, a very enjoyable and seamless experience.” — Natalie

“You helped us know ahead of time what to expect, where to go, where to eat… It was worth it over and over again as the trip went along.” — Paul

How it works

Most people start by sending me an email, and we start a conversation.

Once we move forward, the first foundational step is completing the Trip Questionnaire. This questionnaire helps me understand your travel style and priorities, which becomes my north star for planning your trip tailored to you.
