I’m not a travel agent. I’m a traveller. The difference is, I only create customized itineraries for destinations I’ve travelled to and have on-the-ground experience. I don’t provide:
- bookings for activities, accommodations, insurance, or flights/train/car rentals, only recommendations only
- itineraries for families

My pricing reflects the care, effort and immense amount of time I put into personalizing each trip.
- 3-day Weekend Trip $197 USD

- 1:1 video calls (up to 1 hour) $50 USD
- Group trip planning incurs an additional $100 USD (up to 10 people). Larger group sizes are to inquire within.
FAQs About Custom Travel Planning
Why should I work with Renee?
I love planning! As your personal travel expert, I create customized travel experiences based on your needs and preferences ONLY for places I’ve travelled to.
Do you book my flight, accommodations, etc.?
No, you will be provided links to handle all the bookings and reservations yourself. As I am not a travel agent, I can’t book travel arrangements like your flight and accommodations.
How does payment work?
After you contact me through email and we confirm the interested product or service. I will issue you an invoice for which payment in full is due via PayPal.
Do I offer refunds?
No, all payments are final.
What if I want a revision to the custom travel itinerary?
I strive to provide a personalized travel itinerary that’s exactly to your liking. But sometimes miscommunication or indecisiveness can lead to additional revisions. If more than one revision round is needed, it will incur an additional fee depending on the scope of the changes needed.
Is my trip fully customized?
Yes! Every trip starts from a clean slate. While some itinerary activities might be similar the accommodations, restaurants, experiences and pace of travel will vary from traveller to traveller.
How far in advance should I start travel planning?
Ideally, we would start the planning process as far ahead as possible, especially during the summer months. Three to six months in advance helps ensure you have access to all accommodation options.
If you need a fast turnaround time, this may incur an additional fee.
