Welcome to Belgium! This underrated Western European country offers a mix of cultures, languages, and food delights!

It’s unique for its dual languages: Dutch in Flanders and French in Wallonia. Brussels, the capital, is bilingual and home to the EU headquarters.

Some of the best places I’ve been to are in Belgium. I fell in love with the charming cities of Bruges and Ghent to name a couple.

Wallonia boasts scenic landscapes and renowned breweries. Belgium is famous for its chocolate, fries, and great Belgian beers.

Despite its size, it’s rich in history and culture, with museums and UNESCO sites to explore. It’s also central to easily visit cities in the Netherlands like Maastricht and in Germany, Monschau.

Often overlooked, Belgium’s underrated European charm makes it a gem for travellers seeking something different.
